On July 18th, the City gave final approval to a proposal to build a Starbucks Cafe adjacent to the CVS on Bay Ridge Road.

During my door-knocking, I've had a number of people inquire about the proposed re-development of the former C&C liquors site at the end of Georgetown Road. I have learned quite a bit about it through my work with the Annapolis Neck Peninsula Federation. Here's what I know:

Your attendance is needed at Monday night's City Council meeting. We are on the verge of strengthening our forest laws (and protecting your quality of life) by instituting a "no net loss of forest" policy. But developers are making a last-ditch attempt to sabotage this ordinance, and the Council needs to hear from you.
